Terms of service.

fundraisepitch.com is a public directory. Founders pay a monthly subscription to hold a ranked spot. Investors browse for free. We are not a broker, adviser, or party to any investment. Nothing on this site is investment advice or an offer to sell securities.

You must have authority to list the company. One listing per company. You are responsible for everything in your listing, including the pitch video and raise details, and you confirm it is accurate and lawful.

We remove listings that break the rules on the How it works page, including adult content, chat or invite links, and companies that are not real or not raising. Removed listings are not refunded unless we choose otherwise.

Subscriptions bill monthly in US dollars through Stripe. Raising your amount charges the prorated difference immediately. Lowering takes effect next period. Cancelling keeps your listing live until the end of the paid period. There are no refunds for partial periods.

Investors who send an intro request agree that their details go to the listed company. We do not verify investors. Founders are responsible for how they handle investor details.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a licence to host, display, and promote it on fundraisepitch.com and in previews of the site while your listing is live.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, including any investment decision made by anyone.
