Account email and login details are handled by Clerk. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Your company profile and pitch video are public by design. Videos are hosted by Mux.

When you send an intro request we store your name, email, and what you wrote, and pass it to the company you contacted. We do not sell or share it with anyone else.

We set one cookie to count visitors and show how many people are on the site, and we use DataFast (datafa.st), a privacy-focused analytics service, which sets its own first-party cookie to tell returning visitors apart and to see which channels bring founders who pay. We record which profiles are viewed and which videos are played so founders can see how their listing performs. No advertising trackers.

Founders get an email for every intro request (you can turn this off) and optional weekly rank updates. Transactional email is sent through Resend.

Ask us to export or delete your data at hello@fundraisepitch.com. Founders can delete their account from Settings, which cancels the subscription and removes the listing.
